Summary for Discord Verification & Privacy Standards
We strictly respect user privacy and adhere to the Discord Developer Policy . We do not sell data, do not read or store direct messages (DMs), and collect only the minimum Discord public IDs required to deliver server security, anti-nuke defenses, voice lounges, and support tickets.
1. Information We Collect
When ELYONIX or ELYRA is added to a server or when an authorized administrator logs into the web dashboard, we collect and process the following limited categories of Discord information:
Server ID, channel IDs, and role IDs to store your custom anti-nuke limits, whitelist permissions, ticket categories, and temporary voice hubs.
User snowflakes and usernames to manage whitelist authorizations, ticket creators, moderation warnings, and verify server ownership for dashboard configuration.
Processed in real-time ephemeral memory to calculate rate-limits and catch mass-ban or mass-channel deletion attempts. These are not stored in permanent databases.
Ticket creator ID, timestamps, and open/closed state. In audio playback, requested song titles and streaming URLs are cached ephemerally in active playback queues.
2. What We Never Collect or Store
To ensure complete privacy and compliance with all data protection standards, we explicitly do not collect, inspect, or retain:
- Private Direct Messages (DMs) between users.
- Passwords, email account passwords, or financial payment details.
- Voice conversations, audio recordings, or microphone inputs in voice channels.
- Physical addresses, real legal names, phone numbers, or government identifiers.
3. How We Use Collected Information
Collected data is utilized strictly and exclusively for:
- Enforcing configured server security, anti-nuke triggers, raid protection, and role exclusivity.
- Managing temporary voice lounges (creating, renaming, locking, and deleting upon vacancy).
- Operating support ticket channels and providing administrative audit logs to server owners.
- Authenticating server administrators to access their respective configuration modules via the official web dashboard.
• We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your server or user data to third-party marketers or data brokers.
4. Data Storage, Security & Retention
Data is stored in high-performance, password-protected SQLite and MongoDB instances hosted on dedicated Linux cloud servers with encrypted transport over HTTPS/TLS 1.3.
Data Retention: Server configuration data is retained for as long as ELYONIX or ELYRA remains in your Discord server. If both bots are removed, server configuration data is flagged for automated purging.
5. User Rights & Right to Data Deletion (GDPR Compliance)
Under Discord Developer Policies and international data regulations (including GDPR), server owners and users have the right to request access to or complete deletion of their stored data:
1. Simply remove (kick or ban) both ELYONIX and ELYRA from your Discord guild.
2. Alternatively, open a data deletion ticket via the Support Center or contact the developer directly. All guild records and user associations will be wiped within 48 hours.
