Terms of Service

The ELYONIX Network provides server security, high-frequency anti-nuke intercepts, role isolation protocols, community utilities, voice lounge management, and support ticket systems via two specialized Discord applications:

• ELYONIX: Dedicated 0ms Discord security core providing Anti-Nuke defense, mass-ban interception, channel/role deletion guards, magnetic core role exclusivity, and emergency lockdown protocols.
• ELYRA: Community engagement and utility engine managing interactive support tickets, temporary join-to-create voice lounges, high-fidelity audio, role automation, and server backup mechanisms.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must remove our applications from your server and cease accessing the web dashboard.

As a server owner or administrator utilizing ELYONIX or ELYRA, you agree that you will not:

New servers are entitled to a 30-Day Free Trial featuring full access to ELYONIX 0ms Security Core and ELYRA Suite features. Upon expiration of trial or subscription:

• Security modules gracefully enter standby mode until subscription renewal or reactivation.
• Bot customization (custom username, avatar, and banner) is available to authorized administrators under active subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable between unrelated server guilds without explicit administrative support approval.

By configuring Anti-Nuke, Anti-Spam, Role Protection, and Emergency Lockdown rules:

• You grant ELYONIX full administrative authority to enforce punishments (bans, kicks, timeouts, or permissions disarms) against unauthorized actors violating your configured thresholds.
• You understand that Discord bot actions cannot exceed Discord's native role hierarchy limitations. The bot role must sit above roles it is intended to protect or manage.
• The developer and operators are not liable for accidental server bans or channel deletions resulting from misconfigured threshold numbers entered by your guild administrators.

We strive to maintain a 99.99% operational uptime across our dedicated Linux cloud infrastructure. However, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely immune from Discord API outages, upstream internet disruptions, or cloud infrastructure hardware maintenance.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to ELYONIX, ELYRA, or the dashboard for any server or user found intentionally attempting to exploit bot infrastructure, bypass security, or conduct illicit activity. We may update these Terms periodically, with updates posted on this page.
